Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with LA Revival, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions:
All Sales Are Final
The purchaser acknowledges that all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after an order has been placed.
Size Selection
LA Revival is not responsible for the purchaser selecting the wrong t-shirt size before or after checkout. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the selected size is correct at the time of purchase.
Production Time
We aim for orders to be completed and prepared for shipment within 2 weeks of your order date however production times may exceed the 2 week time frame due to factors such as stock availability, shop workload, quality control, and more.
Shipping
Production time does not include shipping time. Shipping duration will depend on the destination and the selected shipping carrier. While we take great care to ensure your product is delivered safely, but we are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. For additional protection, we recommend choosing insured shipping options at checkout. Note that selecting expedited shipping will improve shipping time only, not production time. Purchasing expedited shipping does not alter the order's position in the production queue. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Rush Orders
If you are interested in expediting your order, please call or e-mail support@larevivalapparel.com to inquire. The minimum fee for rush orders is $50 and many increase due to other factors such as order quantity, print type, and shop work load.
Graphic Quality and Placement
The purchaser is solely responsible for the quality and placement of their graphic when using LA Revival's t-shirt customizer. LA Revival will print the design exactly as it is uploaded and approved by the purchaser.
No Modifications After Placement
Once the order is placed, modifications to the graphic or design are not possible. The purchaser must review and confirm all design details before completing the order.
Color Accuracy and Printing Quality
LA Revival is not responsible for variations in graphic quality or color accuracy of printed designs. Colors may appear different due to printing processes and individual monitor settings. The purchaser acknowledges that the final product may not exactly match the uploaded graphic.
Copyright Disclaimer
By submitting graphics or designs to LA Revival Apparel, you confirm that you own or have obtained the necessary permissions or licenses for all content provided. LA Revival Apparel will not be held liable for copyright infringement claims related to materials provided by the customer. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that their graphics or designs comply with applicable copyright laws.
Use of Customer Graphics for Social Media
You acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of your submitted graphics or designs:

Permission to Use Graphics
You grant LA Revival Apparel the right to use images of your submitted designs, finished products, or associated content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, our website, marketing materials, and portfolio displays. -
Respect for Branding
LA Revival Apparel will showcase your graphics in a professional and respectful manner. We will not alter or edit your design without your consent, except as needed to fit our display formats. -
Ownership Rights
You retain full ownership of your original graphics and designs. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to LA Revival Apparel, except for the limited right to use the graphics as stated above. -
Opt-Out Option
If you prefer not to have your graphics or designs used for social media or promotional purposes, please notify us in writing at the time of your order or by contacting us directly at support@larevivalapparel.com. Opt-out requests made after the designs have been posted may take up to 15 days to process. -
Liability Waiver
LA Revival Apparel is not liable for any claims or disputes arising from the promotional use of graphics provided by the customer, except in cases where the graphics are used outside the scope of these terms.

By using LA Revival's services, the purchaser accepts full responsibility for ensuring their design meets their expectations.
Liability Disclaimer
LA Revival is not liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from issues with design quality, size selection, or color representation once the order has been fulfilled.
Responsibility for Artwork Testing
LA Revival is not responsible for testing or ensuring the suitability of your submitted artwork for printing. It is solely your responsibility to confirm that your artwork meets the desired quality and design standards before proceeding with bulk or final orders. Artwork will vary by print method. What works well on one print method may not work well on the other. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU GET A SAMPLE OF THE EXACT ART WORK WITH THE EXACT PRINT METHOD.....WE SAY IT AGAIN...IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU GET A SAMPLE OF THE EXACT ART WORK WITH THE EXACT PRINT METHOD!!
Failed Delivery
Should a delivery fail for any reason, the purchaser has 15 days from the date of failed delivery to arrange a new address to ship to. Shipping will be at the cost of the purchaser.
Recommendation for Samples:
To ensure your satisfaction with the final product, we strongly recommend ordering a Direct-to-Film (DTF) or Direct-to-Garment (DTG) sample of your artwork before placing larger orders. Sampling allows you to verify the appearance, colors, and quality of the print to meet your expectations.
By completing a purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
